“Jordan is so very kind, caring and professional. She goes over and beyond for the customers. She has opened quite a few accounts for me and everytime she has been very informative with details about the account. She also offers other services the bank provides to help the customers money go further and give each customer the best experience and choices. She always follows up on each account to make sure I'm happy with my choice and if I have any questions or concerns. She is an amazing young lady and knows her job, she helps the customer make the right choice for their needs. Everyone at this UMB Bank in Fort Scott, KS is very caring and informative of their company and services. I've talked to Vicky on different occasions and she is always so helpful and you can feel how much she cares about the customer. The Bank Staff at this bank in Fort Scott is exceptional and would highly recommend anyone to become a part of their family. I'm so impressed with this bank and staff that work there that I'm willing to travel over 2 hours just to stay with them. I live in Camdenton, MO and I won't change to a closer bank because of how much I feel valued at this bank.
