I recently experienced tremendous kindness by an employee of Casey's in Ft. Scott, KS. I needed help with putting air in my tires and Hunter Byler quickly volunterred to assist me. He went above and beyond in providing great customer service. I appreciated his expertise so much.

This place never has any breakfast food available. You go to any other Casey's there's tons of options at 8am. Not this one though. Occasionally there'll be biscuits with a drop of gravy. Very disappointing every time I come here. Also to the person replying to these other reviews, don't tell me it's going to be addressed unless you actually address it. You're not living up to other Casey's. This seems to be a recurring issue for you. Maybe fire your manager. She is rude. And it's pretty blatant she sees the food out of stock or looking awful and just doesn't care.

I witnessed the manager decided to charge for larger fountain drink than was being purchased. When questioned, by the customer why it was so much, the manager got extremely rude and disrespectful (to a Veteran). When proven what size the refilled cup was the manager still refused to correct the issue. The service is horrible and the way they treated their customers is disgraceful. The manager doesn’t hold the skills required for this position!

What food? The employee working the kitchen was on his phone. The warmer trays had zero food on them. No pizza slices, no cheesy bites, no choice, the kitchen employee looked like he was working on some food order. But, was taking his sweet time. I asked if there would be pizza soon and he chuckled and said in 2-3 hours. I will be going to Pete's when driving through Fort Scott from now on. This was just a terrible experience and the fact that there was no food prepared means Casey's is okay with losing customers.

Their customer service is a joke! Their loyalty program does not work! They won't take my money at the pump so it can be on my way.
Why would I ever want to buy anything in the store if I can't get my fuel?

Very friendly clean place but they seem to be understaffed always. Today they were out of ice and I asked a man if they needed to be filled and he didn’t seem to have a clue and said I have to go make pizza and walked off. They could definitely use another person at night.

This is the saddest excuse for a pizza place the last three times we ordered pizza they don't have all the ingredients and don't bother to tell you til you pick up the pizza and if your pizza is wrong they refuse to fix it we ordered taco pizza and it came over cooked and barely lettuce but they refused to fix it....pathetic looking taco pizza

I was at the store to pick up my online order and while standing in line to pay we decided it wasn't worth the money and it did look good. We returned it to the food counter and said no think you. We had no paid and were not obligated to pay for something we didn't want
We left, the lady yelled at us from the door, check the cameras. Saturday Aug 17 9:55 am. She should be fired for treating customers like that. Check the footage. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

Every time I put in an order they never have it on time. I placed the order at 3:11 pm for a 4:30 pick up. It hadn't been started and they said we start it in a few. This has happened in the past. I'm over it. Faster to make homemade pizza and save the 70$

Recently ordered a gluten free pepperoni pizza for the first time from here just to see what it was about and I was honestly surprised. I didn’t know quite what to expect but it was delicious. It was a lot like a thin crust pizza. Definitely going to order this menu item again.

Love the taco pizza, even cold it’s still great, this one was not at all, barely any toppings, the lettuce was spare and wilted so bad like it had been sitting in the warmer way too long as well as the tomato’s and the chips were soggy as heck, I didn’t call it in or take it back because the roads are bad but really disappointed in what I received!

The kitchen staff were extremely nice when we went there a few times today. The cashier's weren't at all respectful or anything. My fiance and I went there a few times and yes I agree we sat there this morning trying to figure out places to go since we just got a job up this way for one of us. They said we had to leave when I am 24 weeks pregnant and had to pee and then one of the kitchen staff called me over to talk for a minute. He was extremely nice and respectful. That is the only good thing about this Casey's. I hate writing bad reviews but sometimes I am given no choice.
