This was the absolute best service by far. I reserved a unit from a different state and it was very easy to do. Marilyn was so accommodating, patient and extremely kind. She remained in contact with me when I needed to communicate and was simply great with us. Thank you so so much!

I have had a unit at the Richards Road location for years. The facility is well lit and has cameras. Marilyn is awesome to work with. You can't go wrong with this company. Only reason I don't have a unit anymore is that I moved out of state. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Really professional place and kept up on it! Called me right away when notice anything happened to my unit weather someone messed with my unit or if I changed the lock! Amazing owner!

Marylin and Len were fantastic to work with. We had items in one of their units for 18 months. Every time we checked our unit it was secure and dry on the inside even after days of heavy rain. They offer a wonderful service for folks that need to protect their valuables. If I ever need personal storage again I would not hesitate to use Fort Scott Self Storage.

What a wonderful place to store your stuff. Safe, clean and just wonderful and nice service. They got me a unit just a week after I called and helped me when I was in a bind. The free lock was a big help I didn’t even think about one until I needed it. Cheep and clean, but all together a great place. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Fort Scott Self Storage!!!

We want to thank marilyn and len with fort scott self storage! Price was great! The lighting was great for if you needed to get something late at night! Security cameras were visible which made us feel at ease! Thanks again!
