I am writing to express my disappointment with an experience I had at your store on January 28, 2025, at approximately 7:18 pm. While I have consistently had positive interactions with your staff, my encounter with one of your employees fell short of my expectations.
During the transaction, I felt uncomfortable with the line of questioning, particularly when it pertained to my health. I politely expressed my concerns and attempted to steer the conversation back on track. Despite my efforts, the interaction left me feeling uneasy. I take my privacy seriously, and I am concerned that the employee's inquiries may have bordered on a HIPAA violation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that your staff is trained to maintain customer confidentiality.
I left a voicemail with my name and contact information. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue.

Stood in the store for five mins or more waiting for service had to walk to the back and yell for service when the lady came out she was rude horrible service with a dog face person won't go there again

This is a great place! Friendly staff, and very good selection for a small town liquor store. (I moved here from denver where there are places that take up a half block!) It is easy to get to, right off the highway by a gas station/quick stop. reasonable prices. Did I mention it is close to where I live?
