They advertise that they take walk ins, I walked in, sat down, the owner of the place looked at me, kept going on her current client and said nothing to me. I continue to wait, finally she comes over and asks if I have an appointment. I say no. She says sorry, we're booked. First of all, acknowledge your customers. Second of all, don't say you take walk ins if you don't make room on your schedule to accommodate them.

I had my nails done before heading south for my winter getaway. First time at this salon after having my nails done wonderfully at a salon in South Dakota for several months. I was shocked to find once I was in Fredericksburg that I had a fungus. First time ever. That, and the nearly two hours it took for a fill left me less than eager to return.

This salon is amazing. All of the girls are really nice. I got a horrible cut from somewhere else, and the lady who cut my hair made it so much better. She also gave me really good tips on how to style it.
