I’ve banked here for five years, very bad experience. I’ve lost over $2,000 in misappropriated funds, this bank is notorious for putting pre Authorizations on your account without notice or reason, resulting in overdraft fees. I’ve had over $500 sitting in my Account went to the store and bought a pop and ran into overdraft fees my advice is take your money elsewhere. Not to mention the staff is very rude!

Rude staff, takes 15 minutes to deposite a check, bank runs on ancient technology and transactions over the weekends are spotty and often land you in an overdraft due to weird pre authorizations. Never had a bank do this before

I have banked here for a year. Last week my card was stopped so I could not use it. So I called the bank they said someone has tried to use your card number in Wyoming and we stopped it. What we can do she said is turn it back on and allow you to use your card to pay your Bill's untill your new card gets sent out. And she said hopefully they dont try again and to keep an eye on your account. Well about 2 days later some one made 3 purchases on my account to a Sam's club in New York. So immediately I call and cancel my card. I call and find out what's going on with my account because before these fraudulant purchases I had 270 smtng in my account. The clerk informed me I was responsible for the 495 dollars in fraudulant charges and now have a negative balance of 282 in my account. I said how I dont know how this works this is never happend to me before. I figured if they stopped it the first time they could stop it from here on out. Anyhow she said I'll have the manager call you. I have not heard from him or anyone untill today afterI have left several voicemails. Finally today I called them and said what's going on with my situation I'm frustrated I haven't heard from this bank about my account. She said we have not filed charges or reported these charges because you are responsible for these charges since you kept using your card. This bank is really upsetting me. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Poor customer service skills. Called and asked a question about my account and she got hateful to me and hung up. I will take my business somewhere else.

Went with a client to cash a check for $13,000 that was drawn on this bank - 30 mi drive. The bank required a driver's license to cash the check and my client didn't have it with him. Client got his driver's license renewed and my office called to confirm that only a driver's license and birth certificate were necessary to cash the check, as to prevent another unnecessary drive. My office was told both would suffice. My client goes today only to be told his driver's license doesn't reflect his social security number and is not acceptable? What?! KS driver's licenses haven't reflected a social security number in years. Needless to say my client is still without his $13,000. Now to file for a replacement social security card.
