People in the store were great. The Verizon company however is the worst cellphone service to have. I've had nothing but trouble from the start. I've given this company over $2,000 and have only had my phone for less than a year. Now they are wanting over $300 to cancel the service. Please save your money and go somewhere else. This is a rip off!!!
