Great customer service for Ace Logistics!, I hauled a load for them recently and dealt with Audrey, who was very professional and understanding when it came to an unfortunate break down. 5/5 recommend working with them, definitely looking forward to working with them some more in the future!!!

I hauled a load to Kansas, and was looking for a backhaul. Aubrey had a partial i was able to book with them. I had another partial I was also booking for the same trip through a different broker. The other broker didn't give me my load confirmation until it was too late for me to get loaded. Aubrey was completely understanding with my situation and told me when i was able to get there they would load me. Keith waited out in the cold until about 6 pm to load me, then helped me chain down. This is by far the best Shipper/Broker i have ever worked for.
