They have great security and nice staff. the only downfall i have found so far is that their 5x12 units are actually only 5x9 and more than likely youll be on a waiting list due to not having any available units

This place is nice. I've been there for over 4 yrs now. If your payments is less than 24 hrs overdue..... you get harassment with texts and phone calls. Less than 24 hrs over due. Drives me insane and very annoying. They always get paid by me. Never have missed a payment and its how you are treated. Geezzeee

Very secure facility. Clean and organized office. The lady upfront this morning was so informational and helpful. Felt like I went in a customer and left a friend. I felt like she truly enjoyed helping me and that is very important to me when I am looking to do business somewhere. SUPER impressed!!!

Very secure facility, 24 hour access, lots of different size units and a friendly, helpful staff. I have rented storage units at 3 different locations in the Pittsburg, KS area and this is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!
