“Awesome service and very friendly people. Payne’s has done a splendid job on my dump truck. In the past 3 years, I have trusted Payne’s with over $25,000 worth of work. They always deliver an excellent service that cannot be found elsewhere. I’ve also been towed by their large heavy wrecker and can tell you first hand, Payne’s is very good at towing/recovery. The mechanics are great as well and take their time to explain everything when your truck has a breakdown. The owner has even personally taken his time to educate me on some preventative maintenance for my dump truck. Our community is fortunate to have such a friendly, reliable go-to shop for heavy trucks. I’m always happy to recommend Payne’s!”

“Very secure and clean alleys and units!! The office has a welcoming, homey atmosphere. Comparable pricing to other storage facilities in this area. The ladies in the office are kind, friendly, and professional. Several secure options to pay your bill, including online access to account and payment information. You can even set up a new unit rental or add a unit to your existing account, online. I have a 10x30 unit that costs $142.00 monthly. They are extremely understanding of late payments as long as you also pay the fees assessed for paying late. I highly recommend them.”

“Been living here for over a year; the family running this place is great, usually understanding if you're going through hard times and need to get rent in late as long as you communicate. The other residents are also usually great, lots of good people and families; there's no partying, almost no loud music, at max kids going back and forth down the road on a four-wheeler (but that's only been a handful of times). For the most part everyone keeps to themselves or is extra kind checking in every so often, maybe gifting meals or veggies; it's a perfect community for people who don't want crazy college kids as neighbors.”

“I wanted to say THANKS to Gorilla storage and sing their praises for anyone looking for a storage facility. They took over from my previous storage facility owner and not only was the transition seamless to me but there have been some great upgrades. They put up a gate entry with additional security. They made payment a breeze for me. Every time I have needed them for something, they have responded very quickly and efficiently fixed the problem or issue (usually the issue was on my part). I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a secure, well managed storage facility.”
