They always deliver an excellent service that cannot be found elsewhere. I’ve also been towed by their large heavy wrecker and can tell you first hand, Payne’s is very good at towing/recovery. The mechanics are great as well and take their time to explain everything when your truck has a breakdown. The owner has even personally taken his time to educate me on some preventative maintenance for my dump truck. “Very secure and clean alleys and units!! The office has a welcoming, homey atmosphere. Comparable pricing to other storage facilities in this area. The ladies in the office are kind, friendly, and professional. Several secure options to pay your bill, including online access to account and payment information. You can even set up a new unit rental or add a unit to your existing account, online. I have a 10x30 unit that costs $142.00 monthly. They are extremely understanding of late payments as long as you also pay the fees assessed for paying late. I highly recommend them.”
