“Dr. Painter is so incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She never rushes you and always takes the time to answer your questions without judgement. Additionally, she is incredibly dedicated to all of her patients and always goes the extra mile for them. Recently we had called their emergency number for our kitten over the weekend with some concerns, expecting to maybe have an appointment the following week. Not even 10 minutes later, Dr. Painter herself called back and offered to see our kitten to make sure everything was OK. Despite it being 8am on a Sunday, she was, as usual, so kind and showed so much care and attention to our kitten. I genuinely cannot think of a better veterinarian and as long as she practices and we live in the area, all of our animals will be seeing her. In addition to being a wonderful person and veterinarian, her office is incredibly well organized and run. They do very thoughtful things and add little touches to all they do - truly an all around great business. I cannot recommend Town & Country enough, especially if you want your pets to receive the care they deserve.”

After we had to say goodbye to our little girl of 15 years, we received a beautiful card and note from the staff. Fast forward a few months and we now have a new middle aged man that will definitely need some TLC from the hospital team.
