Anytime I go here I spend way more time than expected. Especially when I am the only one in the drive-thru. But I expect it is because it is made fresh because the food is always scorching hot. So it's got its pros and its cons, that is for sure.

Went through the drive thru at 9:25p.m. and wanted ice cream, was told no ice cream only cooked food.Drove to a different location, got there around 9:45p.m. and was allowed to order ice cream.When you leave teenagers in charge of your location, customers get turned away. Joplin location was more than happy to serve us ice cream.

Hot food including chili hot dog and cheeseburger. Chicken options. Cold desserts including blizzards. Combo meals and cheese curds. Value menu and kids menu available. Drive- thru window. Parking small but handicapped access. Great place and friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible.

I came in on a school trip and we only had 26 people and everyone was super irritated at us. they took our orders but then got upset that we were ordering ice cream and they were huffing and yelling our order numbers super loud and didn’t seem to care about anything. they were complaining about only 4 of them being here but like I work at Walmart where I get cussed out bc we were out of your 2% low-fat no cal vanilla yogurt and we just gave you the normal one. like this is your job and im giving you money. grow up. all of them were adults and had no need to be that rude.

Had a coupon issued to me for a free combo meal. The coupon said “Available at any Dairy Queen location.” Apparently that means nothing because they refused to take them. ? every time I go, they make mistakes and do not fix them and now refuse to let other restaurants fix theirs too.

Not friendly for a small town in Kansas, I ordered from the DQ app while I was there and it took 30 min.s to get our food, she said they didn't know I was there but she did know I was there no help from her. Then the girl seemed irritated with me when she messed up my cone and had to make a new one. After I already spent $40 on food horrible service and they are rude even though I didn't complain there I did here for the review the manager guy looks like he is pre occupied and doesn't care he just put coupons in my bag for a free ice cream. Poor service all around especially the girl in the lobby doesn't want to work gets irritated with customers along with all of the other employees that work there.Parking: Needs updated very old and needs work pot holes everywhere and tiny drive through with workers that don't want to take your order.
