“Best customer service I have seen. I received a message saying my meds were filled and ready for pick up so headed that way, but they were closed it was technical issue but the owner was still there and seen me and unlocked the window. I said Id come back tomorrow that I had received this message. But he went ahead and opened everything back up and let me go ahead and get my prescriptions and thanked me for showing my text so he could get the issue fixed.
I highly recomend them. There isnt really any place out there that would
have opened back up from being closed to help you.”

When you don’t feel well-you want immediate relief. When complications arise with getting the correct meds-we as patients can become short fused. “The pharmacists are wonderful! All of them are kind and very helpful, especially Luke. I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my doctor didn't explain anything to me but Luke took the time to not only explain things but also showed me how to do my injections, where to go for more help, and even where I can save money through coupons. This is by far the best pharmacy I've ever been to and I really appreciate that they take the time to care for people.”

“Decent pharmacy overall.However, they do NOT have curbside pickup any longer like Google says and they don't have a drive thru either. If this wasn't my primary place to shop, I'd go to a different one for that reason because going inside is super time consuming when the parking lot is always packed and the lines are always long. I don't ever go in for a prescription if I don't have at least 20-30 minutes to kill even if the text message system says it's already ready.”
“This Walmarts pharmacy staff are always so friendly and helpful. I left urgent care with a script for my ear ache so I called Walmart pharmacy (right before they were closing and not filling anymore scripts) and they said I could swing by and pick it up if I was close by. I’m so thankful they filled it before they closed so I can work on getting better faster! Thank you so much!”

“The pharmacy staff at the Walgreens on 32nd and Main are absolutely top-notch. They’re always friendly, fast, and professional, and their communication is excellent. I’ve personally brought up my daughter’s allergy concerns with them, and they’ve taken the time to carefully check her medications for any ingredients or fillers that could trigger a reaction. That kind of attention and care means everything to me. You don’t find that everywhere. This is hands down the best Walgreens pharmacy team I’ve ever worked with.”

“I've been going to this pharmacy since I moved back to the area in 2013 and a surgery at Ortho Four States. Very friendly, best prices around, fast service, no long waits in the drive through. It's definitely worth the drive from Joplin.”
