“Found a part online that I needed for my son's car. Ordered online and was contacted by Kent, following up on the order. Confirmed they had it and he would advise when it shipped. Kent contacted me as promised but advised the part was damaged during removal and expedited a full refund. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I've dealt with others who would have sent the damaged part and blamed it on the shipper. That methodology may not have cost me anything monetarily but it would have cost me time. Because of their honesty in letting me know what happened and with the speed in which they refunded me< I'll definitely keep them on a shortlist of trusted suppliers.”

“I honestly cannot say I'm even a customer yet when I found myself in their parking lot because the tire on the back of my motorcycle went flat I didn't even have to ask for assistance. Once they noticed my flat tire they immediately offered their air compressor which I didn't even know they had. We attempted to air up my tire and quickly noticed a big hole letting the air right back out. They even had a screw that fit into the hole which allowed me to air it up and get back home. You all saved me today and I thank you very much! Not only did you help me and my bike get home but also reminded me that there are great people out there still. It's amazing how the little things sometimes can have the biggest of impacts. I wish success upon you and your families and I look forward to paying it forward myself. Great people!”
“Great folks! Called for an air bag for a 2020 and they had it! Rolled in at 1 pm since that’s when they get back from lunch fyi. Fixed my air bag and a tail light that had come lose from the rivets.”
