“Found a part online that I needed for my son's car. Ordered online and was contacted by Kent, following up on the order. Confirmed they had it and he would advise when it shipped. Kent contacted me as promised but advised the part was damaged during removal and expedited a full refund. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I've dealt with others who would have sent the damaged part and blamed it on the shipper. That methodology may not have cost me anything monetarily but it would have cost me time. Because of their honesty in letting me know what happened and with the speed in which they refunded me< I'll definitely keep them on a shortlist of trusted suppliers.”

“Customer service was wonderful. Took my Chevy in for oil change and to rotate my tires. The wait for an hour or so. No coffee cups in waiting room. Service desk called me while waiting in waiting room. Little lack of communication but over all customer service made up for the little things. I was very pleased with up keep on my Chevy. Thank you for applying the oil change sticker. Dodge City didn’t put one when we took over there. Dodge City could definitely take some training from Garden City. Thank You for wonderful service.”

“I honestly cannot say I'm even a customer yet when I found myself in their parking lot because the tire on the back of my motorcycle went flat I didn't even have to ask for assistance. Once they noticed my flat tire they immediately offered their air compressor which I didn't even know they had. We attempted to air up my tire and quickly noticed a big hole letting the air right back out. They even had a screw that fit into the hole which allowed me to air it up and get back home. You all saved me today and I thank you very much! Not only did you help me and my bike get home but also reminded me that there are great people out there still. It's amazing how the little things sometimes can have the biggest of impacts. I wish success upon you and your families and I look forward to paying it forward myself. Great people!”
“Great folks! Called for an air bag for a 2020 and they had it! Rolled in at 1 pm since that’s when they get back from lunch fyi. Fixed my air bag and a tail light that had come lose from the rivets.”

“This place has an amazing manager. The assistant manger with a little more experience will be just as amazing.
Brian provides exceptional customer service. He will go the extra mile, help with his insights into various things with his intellectual intelligence, that to this day Lego Duplo scholars are astounded, and hold the bar to his superior level.
Whether you’re in Eriador, Rhovanion, or Harad he scavenge the plains to find your part. When Gondor calls for that precious battery and you need it, he will arrange from his Esgaroth store, and ride horseback for many days to get it! Whether the riders from Bree-land will ever join him on his journey, only time will tell.
Emilee is just as go getting as Brian. She will go to Helm’s Deep to find you that 19mm ratcheting wrench, whether it’s on the shelves of Isengard, or at the gates of Mordor, she will travel long and far on the Great East Road. She will get you the battery cables you need from Rivendell, or sometimes she may summon it from Rohan. Sometimes she has to take the North-South Road to avoid the Nazgûl. At the end of the day, she’s always at The Shire.
Bottom line, is that these two provide exceptional customer service. They’ll do what it takes to earn your business.
