Made me drive from Dodge City to pick up equipment and told me they were open on Saturday and I get here and they are closed. Their website states they are open and it is completely rude and unprofessional to make people waste their time and money by not having their information updated not even with their own agents who confirmed they were open Saturday.

Returned their equipment years ago and still have it on my credit report. Don't use them as they can't even keep track if you return their equipment or not. They just say we don't have it and bill you for it. Horrible service.

Theresa (I apologize if I didn't spell that correctly) is an absolute asset to this company and to this location. She was helpful, chipper, and above all, respectful. She deserves a raise - or rather, a promotion.

great internet and cable just charges for things like the free Installation and if you get any service from them towards the end of the month they charge you for the full month after they tell you that they won't

Been waiting for my internet to be turned back on and nothing. I paid my bill and everything. They said it would take about 15 minutes and that was at 4pm. It's now 537pm and we've been calling for the past hour trying to get ahold of them and no answer. It's ridiculous. Very poor customer service.

Constantly having an outage. Been at home on vacation for 5 days now and have had interruptions to my service everyday so far. Only been with Cox for the last 4 years because SWKS doesn’t have any other competitors so Cox has the monopoly yet they have the absolute worst services. People are better off watching paint dry because they can’t seem to watch TV or browse the internet

If you are getting cox for wifi do not in the last 4 months we have wifi on and off it works for a day or two then its right back down. We have to call everyday to have them reset it and then they tell us that mayby we should pay for stronger internet when we just payed for better internet

If i could give them 0 stars I would.Moved out of the coverage area in august and contacted them regarding disconnection of service. I was under the impression it was disconnect. I received a surprise bill this month 2 months past due! contacted them they had no records of me contacting them for disconnect. they were not willing to work with me, I was willing to still pay for the services of september (even though I HAD ALREADY MOVED since August 15th). Needless to say I have been a COX customer for 7 years now and am disappointed that they treat their loyal customers like this. Its sad to say that they do not care about their customers they are just another money hungry company. SMH. treat your loyal customers better.
