  I am a disabled veteran and I came in with MY SERVICE DOGS today and my dog had an accident and I apologized for it BUT THE ASSISTANT MGR CALLED ME A LIAR then I went 2 complain 2 the ACTUAL MANAGER and she had the ordasity 2 ask what my DISABILITY WAS that is illegal and DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY FALLEN BROTHERS I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN WAS MY FIRST AND LAST

  Was here for out of town work from Omaha, NE, and the employees were unwilling to help. I asked a simple question and one employee didn’t even seem to know where anything was. Pretty terrible your Kroger vs ours is totally different. Is everyone in Kansas ride or what?

  I always loved this store because it had what i needed in stock but they ALWAYS only have one side of the self checkout open and people are always having trouble so you have to wait there forever even with just 2 items.

  The absolute worst place to work in GC hands down. Management and department leaders are an absolute joke. Management ignores store issues and the department “leaders” just schedule themselves all of the available hours and barely 30 for crew. Not to mention how completely unorganized each department is especially front end. Customer service constantly f around behind the counter while there are long lines of people waiting to buy their groceries. They will order and eat in the back in front of everyone and play around ON THE CLOCK. They don’t even transfer their calls to the right departments. When I brought this up to management they just say ok and ignore. I’m glad my friend and I left that place. If you value yourself and work ethic, do not waste your time here.

  Customer service in the store is absolutely atrocious. I do not have enough personnel to help people out. When they have multiple people waiting in line at the self-checkout and only one register open person will come and close the other self-checkout so that your weight is even longer. If you need help at the self-checkout it can take you up to 10 minutes for someone to come over and help you. On the picture below, I was waiting for over 8 minutes for someone to come help. No manager on duty, no assistant manager on duty. Who is in charge of the store then?

  I like this store. Cashier & bagger were nice & helpful. But I felt deceived & lied to when the blueberries had a sign for $.99 & were much more. I had the card but feel abused with age discrimination because I don't have or understand how an online app works. It favors young people.
