Ended up trading for an iPhone 17, for $10 difference (plus set up fee $40 and taxes). Jeff handled the phone to phone transfer. Process took about 30 minutes, all went smoothly without loosing any stored data. Jeff was quick, accurate, and pleasant to work with.
