“Had an issue with my older iPhone 13ProMax. It had lost cellular service. Visited with Jeff. He ran thru some troubleshooting ideas including swapping the physical SIM CARD for an eSIM. No luck. Ended up trading for an iPhone 17, for $10 difference (plus set up fee $40 and taxes). Jeff handled the phone to phone transfer. Process took about 30 minutes, all went smoothly without loosing any stored data. Jeff was quick, accurate, and pleasant to work with. “I honestly cannot say I'm even a customer yet when I found myself in their parking lot because the tire on the back of my motorcycle went flat I didn't even have to ask for assistance. Once they noticed my flat tire they immediately offered their air compressor which I didn't even know they had. We attempted to air up my tire and quickly noticed a big hole letting the air right back out. They even had a screw that fit into the hole which allowed me to air it up and get back home. You all saved me today and I thank you very much! Not only did you help me and my bike get home but also reminded me that there are great people out there still.
