Enterprise as a whole has been very disappointing...a flat tire on our rental ended up with us being stranded in Oakley Kansas...after towing the rental, enterprise got us a taxi to Garden City b/c there was supposedly a replacement car there which there wasn't when we arrived. My son-in-law spent all day on the phone... literally dozens of phone calls to roadside assistance...it was a circus...so when we wete sent to Garden City and they didn't have a car, roadside assistance said they would outsource one but they didn't know when it would arrive...I have to say that the employees at garden City had no empathy nor sympathy for our plight...one employee said "i wished we closed at 5" loud enough for us to hear.. then they kicked us out the door at 5:30 and we were left sitting on the sidewalk with all my luggage until later that evening when we finally got our own hotel room and paid a taxi driver to take us there. There is a sign on the wall of Enterprise that says "putting you first is our first priority"... that's a lie...

Rented car from this location and was told it needed an oil change. Customer was expected to take to have oil changed with no compensation on rental. If there has been an option we would have rented elsewhere.

I made a reservation online 2 weeks in advance. I went to pick up and they didn't have a car available. They then gave me a truck to rent for the same price as the car. I thought, well I'll take it, I need to get to my destination. I then went out to get in the truck and they refused to let me continue with the rental because my drivers license was out of state. Hello you are a rental car company!!!! People who are in your town are not always going to have an in state drivers license. Horrible don't bother.

I needed a vehicle since my camper van broke down on my way to Colorado. The young man working at this location refused to rent me one. He said it is "company policy" not to do so to drivers with out of state licenses without a major credit card, instead of my debit card. I have done so numerous times at numerous ENTERPRISE locations and told him so. My son once worked as a summer intern for your company and told me that this "rule" is up to each individual franchise, NOT company wide.I was literally stranded, 1000 miles from home, in a place where I did not know a soul, with a dog and in tremendous heat and he absolutely refused to help. He was not even slightly sympathetic or concerned about my dire situation. I have always loved the way Enterprise treats me but this young man needs an attitude adjustment.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE RESERVATIONS!!I reserved a 7 passenger minivan at the airport location and when I went to pick it up another customer came in at the same time and we both reserved a minivan however there was only one available. They told me, there was a Jeep with a third row pop up at the store in town that seated 7.I drive to this Enterprise and they told me the Jeep only seated 5 and there was no pop up third row. But they had a minivan being returned shortly. Once it had been returned they said it needed to be cleaned and then I would be able to take it. After waiting for 30 minutes for it to be cleaned, I left my name and number for them and asked them to call me when it was done. 43 minutes after leaving my information they called me back and said they had to rent out the minivan because a rush of people came in and they had to give it to one of the people that came in so they no longer had a rental for me. They then told me I could call Hertz and they would be willing to price match. However, I was informed of this at 4:58 pm and Hertz closes at 5.

I'm suprised to see all the bad reviews! I personally have gotten a whole different vibe, I don't know the issues with the airport but I do know the 3 workers who constatly help me know I'm a regular and they treat me more than a costumer, I enjoy that! that call me there regular so it gives me that high end class feel! and I've heard them deal with really rude people in person, and I thought they handled the situations really well! they always find a way to work with me, one time I had booked an economy car and while I was there they hooked me up with a truck and didn't charge me extra cus I didn't have the money for the upgrade but the weather was so bad they would feel more comfortable letting me drive in a truck. They are fluent with kind service, they are dealing with a lot, phone calls people confused , people in the lobby waiting for assistance, sometimes power or WiFi down, so they are trying to find a quick and effective route to help everyone! I wouldn't rate these guys no less than a 4.5! Go team enterprise FINNEY COUNTY

Personnel was extremely friendly and helpful! They were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to double check that I didn’t leave anything behind, which I greatly appreciated! Just wish they could open a little earlier or make exceptions for those that need the rental for vehicle repairs, but that’s no big deal as everything else was worth it!

I had a rental scheduled for today. This morning Jason T. at the Stone Creek location in Garden City, KS; called me to go over my reservation. He was very helpful and accommodating to help me with getting a ride from my home to Enterprise. He was friendly and very pleasant to work with. He was informative and took the time to answer all of my questions. JASON T., PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Had a reservation a week in advance. Was to have a car on Monday didn't get a rental till Thursday. Told to return the car on following Thursday and after I did the lady said I needed to make another reservation. After I called insurance company they said I should of had the car till the following Tuesday. An hour later the lady from enterprise called me and said she wouldn't have a car till the following week. I don't know what a person would do if they were from out of town and needed a car to get home.
