Worst delivery service. Package delivery date was changed by company. I was supposed to receive a package on 3/20/25, and the delivery driver changed it now I won't get it to Monday. This is why I like getting things sent through ups and usps

I have always had the worst experiences with Fed Ex over the years. They’ve constantly delivered my packages to the wrong address and the minute I get the picture from them, I always know it’s not my house. More times that I can count, I’ve had to go searching for my packages, down the street or a block over or to my neighbors house. My house has the numbers in large numbers posted on the front and on the curb so there’s literally no excuse 🙄

P.o.s service. Watched them just toss my package and when I walked out took off like a bat from hell after looking directly at me. On top of that they never knocked.

Not specific to this store, but FedEx as a whole. Cannot talk to a real person if I call. Every different type of thing has to be dropped off at a different location. Dumbest thing I've ever seen

My last visit went extremely well and fast. The person I worked with knew his tasks and was able to guide me through the process and help me make informed decisions about shipping speed and insuring the package.

Had someone go to this office to send an overnight to Chula Vista- letter is still stuck in Tennessee- fed ex is not convenient nor does ANYONE THAT WORKS THERE can help get my package delivered. It was a pick up from a fed ex facility- they couldn’t even do that. I’m still on hold and no one has answers - that letter is a check to feed my kids - I TRUSTED FED EX - not sure if it was the lady who posted it or FedEx corporation- but I need my property back.

Horrible service and they dropped my box off in the middle of my yard and then said it was delivered at my front door which was a lie.
