“the staff and coaches at garden city are awesome!!! it is truly a fun atmosphere where you are treated like family. The workouts are fantastic and always changing to keep us engaged. the coaches truly care and are always willing to accommodate you with modifications if needed. Highly recommend!”

“The gym is open again! They have a few machines blocked off for social distancing. Be advised the water fountain is blocked off so make sure to bring your own hydration. They also close twice during the day to do a deep cleaning. I'd give them a call before heading out.”
