“Called in to the store in Garden City KS to see if they had a BlackStone in stock talk to the Store Manager and she said they did not but was very professional and gave me a few option to where she could get one into the location from a different WH without me even asking she told me she could get it to me the next day. She called back the next day saying it was ready to pickup any time so i really appreciate her taking the time to make a customer happy i will more definitely be shopping at her store location more often thank you excellent customer service”

“Tons of stuff. The appliance dept is not all that great. Pet products are way over priced. And there’s no way to see if your items ring up correct at checkout. At least 20 times I’ve checked my receipt and there’s something that is higher than the price marked. Garden center is also over priced and those poor plants are always dried up. Other than that it’s one of my favorite places to buy stuff I don’t need :)”

“I would like to say this is the BEST Home Depot I have ever shopped in , in all the states I have encountered for work. Every single department I asked for help or assistance I received it with a smile! Everyone was very helpful and has knowledge of the products, if they did not they sure found someone who did. All the ladies in each department had a smile and did not hesitate to help or find someone to help. The tools team are on it! They all knew of the store specials and shared them all. I want to give a personal shout out to the rental department. Jack was a true pleasure to work with. He knew all I needed for the buffer and made sure I didn’t lift the heavy equipment by myself! Tom and AJ are equally as nice and made sure they unloaded the buffer when I brought it back. Super people ,super store!! Thank you for training your staff properly and restoring my feelings on shopping at Home Depot!!”

“I ordered retainer wall blocks online and curve side pickup on Monday, August 29th, 2024. I had three associates who helped me load and unload twice because I got the wrong color. It's not their fault that I got the wrong color when the website showed the color differently. They were very kind and helpful even though it was so hot outside. I felt bad because they had to load and unload twice. I forgot to ask for their names to mention them here. I appreciate these kind associates!”
