Terrible customer service and policies are awful. After they loaded the wrong item for me I got home and found out it was the wrong item so I called to let them know. Then they threatened to file a police report on me.

Large selection of good products
But need serious training on order fulfilment and logistics. Placed special order somehow it cant be shipped to me it must be shipped to store. I am 700 miles away. It goes to store, now I must pay $300 to be shipped to me. I am given tracking # .
ABF shipping which is the worst shipping company in the country. Now tells me it will take over 2 weeks to deliver.
Why would any business make that decision if they cared at all about the customer.

Do not ever buy a display item from Menard's. When the item is faulty, they will not reimburse you but force you to trade for another in-stock product. Lesson learned.

Tons of stuff. The appliance dept is not all that great. Pet products are way over priced. And there’s no way to see if your items ring up correct at checkout. At least 20 times I’ve checked my receipt and there’s something that is higher than the price marked. Garden center is also over priced and those poor plants are always dried up. Other than that it’s one of my favorite places to buy stuff I don’t need :)

I ordered an appliance over 2 weeks ago.I havent heard a thing from Menards.Today I have called 5 times.Talked to one person that had no idea what I was calling about.Im not liking this at all!

The pickup area is great. If you have a large item to pick up, there is a gate to go through and then you can drive right up to where you load the items. They have a great system in place!
