“Had an issue with my older iPhone 13ProMax. It had lost cellular service. Visited with Jeff. He ran thru some troubleshooting ideas including swapping the physical SIM CARD for an eSIM. No luck. Ended up trading for an iPhone 17, for $10 difference (plus set up fee $40 and taxes). Jeff handled the phone to phone transfer. Process took about 30 minutes, all went smoothly without loosing any stored data. Jeff was quick, accurate, and pleasant to work with. I will continue to use this Verizon location for my cellular needs.”
