I had my Jeep repaired 3 different times due to a faulty aftermarket part. Each time I took it to Bret's. They honored the warranty, eager to help and super friendly! Very professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

The best experience I’ve ever had getting my car evaluated and fixed. The video they take, showing you exactly what is wrong is so transparent that it immediately instills trust. Then they make the repair process so fast and easy. I have more confidence in my car today than I have in years. I wish you could leave more stars! 100/10 would recommend.

Took my truck in because it wouldn't shift into gear. They said I needed a new shifter cable, and did the job for around $800. Got the truck back and it shifted great. Two months later, I encountered the same issue, so I decided to tear into it myself. Not only did the tech only replace the lower cable instead of both, he damaged the linkage clip, which caused the upper and lower to separate. I replaced the clip for $10, and also found out in the process that a shifter cable replacement costs nowhere near what they charged for parts and labor, not to mention they only installed half the cable. This is the same shop that told me upfront they didn't want to even work on my car because of how old it was (2006 is apparently ancient). And this is from a supposed 'christian' company. I work hard and barely scrape by. My truck is the only thing keeping me afloat. Between the attitude, overcharging, and lack of quality service, I'll never go here again. I use Burnett's now instead. They don't even charge if I take it in and they can't diagnose the problem. I don't write this out of spite. But I believe the only way companies can change is when people give them quality feedback, and I sincerely hope Brett's can take the feedback and do better for their future clients. I just won't be one of them.

The whole process of evaluation, estimating and then fixing was so refreshingly transparent. It was a very good experience overall and can't recommend bret's auto works highly enough.

I have a daughter that had a brake light problem with her car and I live in another town and these guys made a professional video of diagnosis of the problem and then relayed information to the both of us and fixed the issue in a timely and affordable fashion. We will definitely be using this shop in the future. Thank you

Tracy was so unfriendly and not helpful one bit. My girlfriend got a call from Tracy and she proceeded to tell her in a rude manor that she was late for her oil change. They canceled on us yesterday and it was never rescheduled. No one should be able to talk to a customer like that. Something needs to be done about this.

I had a tire blow out on I-35 after hitting a curb earlier in the week. I called Bret's as the first repair facility that came up in the area where I broke down. Tracy was an amazing support, all the way through the difficult, extensive and expensive repair. She was supportive, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the entire process. I will continue to bring my car to this shop for as long as I am driving in this area! Highly recommend!

NEVER had a bad experience with Brets or any of their employees, from the office to the shop guys.
Always honest & understanding. We use them for personal and fleet vehicles. The slogan "you get what you pay for" is dead on with Brets. Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!

This shop came highly recommended by some of my coworkers and another auto shop. When I called, the lady on the phone refused to give me a rough estimate for one of the two possible problems(waterpump or headgasket) that could be wrong with my suv. Again, all I was asking for was a rough estimate so I would have a general idea on how much money that I would need to get for them to work on my suv. So now I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not recommend this place.

Excellent customer service, great work, and reasonable rates. They have been able to squeeze me in on a service twice now. Love the video inspections of the vehicle by your tech.

Hands down probably the best auto repair shop I've ever been too, with the best customer service. They are always honest and upfront about anything before moving forward with repairs. The detailed videos sent by the techs explaining the vehicle issues is awesome and very informative!
