I always have a good experience at the Gardner, KS, CVS. All employees are always very helpful and they help with a smile you can't beat that!!! The pharmacy is a pleasure to deal with and the pharmacist, Will, goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you CVS!!!!

Been filling here for a few years and as any business its had its ups and downs. Big shout out to Vivian and the other tech (can’t remember their name but they have curly blonde hair and glasses)! Not sure if he is a new pharmacist or a floating pharmacist but “Will” is AMAZING. I truly appreciate his friendly, relaxed and calm demeanor! (:

Terrible. Pharmacy is extremely unhelpful. I understand getting prescriptions can get be a pain sometimes but they don’t communicate well, even when you are standing there in person. There was only one person back there that was helpful. The only reason the 1 star is there. Shoutout to them, they are the only positive thing I can say about this store. Wish I had their name to reference them. All I remember is that they had dark lipstick on and long hair. The owner/manager will follow you around if he doesn’t think you should be in a certain area of the store or that store period. If you’re a man, don’t go to the baby aisle. If you’re skinny don’t go near the candy or you will be followed. It’s what he said to a friend of mine when she asked him why does he follow only certain people. I understand keeping an eye out for people shoplifting but to stereotype and make people feel uncomfortable is why I avoid this cvs since they opened. I only tried sending 1 prescription here recently because it was the best price on goodrx. I should have paid the extra $20 at Walmart. I wish I would have. 😭 I’d only go here if you have no other options. Take or leave my advice. I wish you luck. 😂

Worst pharmacy ever!’ The girl at the window is always polite and tries but the regular pharmacist is the rudest most irritating person I have dealt
With in a long time. Cocky, roles his eyes unhelpful, won’t give me a manager to contact. They mess up on our prescriptions in some way 98% of the time - no care about the patients that have to take the medication to live and function- I have to yell and make a scene just to get them to fix the problem otherwise they will just send you off without your meds and not have a care. I will make my priority that this pharmacy gets reprimanded and hopefully they will fire the cocky pharmacist and get someone that cares - the temp they had in there today to fill in, was absolutely amazing and caring and helpful. Until the next visit - bye for now.

Absolutely awful customer service! Trying to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy is a tour de force of frustration. The phone system will filter your call and hang up if it doesn't understand you. I called three times before I just went in and got my medicine. So needless to say, I don't use their pharmacy anymore.

I stoped using them. My wife went to pick up a prescription and was in the drive up line. When she got to the window, they put a sign up which said they are out to lunch & closed the drive up. Another time my prescription was sent to them on Dec. 18th and had been waiting for them to notify me. I was almost out and wanted to pick it up before the end of the year so stopped by to pick it up before the end of the year. They notified me were out of stock & would contact we when it was ready. I had my doctor call it in at a non-CVS pharmacy and picked it up in 2024. CVS Gardner contacted me on Jan 2rd 2025 they would order my prescription and contacted me on Jan 3rd 2025 that my prescription was in. Too late & I am not doing business with them again.
