The worst hair cut I've ever had. Took a picture so she could see what I wanted, didn't even come close. Plus $45 for a lousy haircut is expensive. I will stick to cutting my own hair. I can do a better job.

They ruined my hair, they were supposed to do highlights and a cut and they turned my hair green and was very unprofessional, threatened to call the police on me because I told them they did not provide service and expected me to pay for it anyway. The owner April was rude and hateful right off the bat, and did not want to accept it was their lack of knowledge or experience. I will never go there again nor will I give a good review for their attitude and unprofessional behavior. I have never been so humiliated and treated like garbage , I try and support local businesses but when you have people like that , no thanks!!!

Sam is the best! She is great because she listens to what we want, takes time with our cuts and layering, and we always leave happy! We can't recommend Sam highly enough!

I first went to the Design Co. Salon 4 years ago and loved it. I’m always extremely nervous about getting my hair done after numerous experiences elsewhere that were not at all what I asked for. After 2 years of just letting my hair grow I went back to the Design Co Salon and April gave me the exact style I showed her, she listened carefully to my concerns and she was wonderful to talk with - it was a wonderful experience in every way and I love my hair! Thank you April!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place for balyage. My hair was toned bright orange when I requested a reddish blonde/brown balyage. At the time I was in shock and didn't even know what to say. Right after I walked out of the salon someone on the street said it looked terrible. I was honestly embarassed for anyone to see me after. I didn't even want to see myself in the mirror. The process was a bit painful and there was a haircut scheduled to the same stylist in the middle of my appointment. The stylist was nice but I just don't think this is the place for me. I am having to spend more time and money now to correct this orange color as i do not feel comfortable going back since i feel like my hair was "ruined" here.

This is my first time there and Alison knew exactly how to make me love my hair again. I have very thick, straight hair and I need regular debulking. I'm considering growing my hair out again, but I worried that maybe the cut wouldn't help me reach that goal and I'd be stuck with helmet hair until there was enough for a different style. Well, she fixed my hair. No length was taken and my hair looks like a real style again. It was easy to blow dry out with minimal effort and looks amazing. Thank you Alison!

I would give no stars! Didn't get what I wanted at all. They don't let the customers pick the color. You get what you get! I'll never recommend this salon to anyone! Staff argued with me instead of letting me tell them what I wanted!
