No one works at this building. They will confirm your request for a rental car online or over the phone and you go to this location and no one is there and no rental cars are on-site. It's maintained by the enterprise in Olathe. I was dropped off here thinking I had a rental car but turns out that's false. Now I'm stranded without a ride. Really great service. Thanks enterprise. ๐

Scheduled a rental car days in advance to be picked up at gardner location at 5pm. Two Enterprise employees called the day before scheduled pick up to confirm reservation and said vehicle would be at the location at 5 the next day. Perfect! Show up on scheduled pick up day at 4:40 to get vehicle. NO rental cars of any kind are in parking lot and sign on door says closed. We called number on door and phone operator said she saw our rental confirming booking but had no explanation as to why it wasn't there or why they were not open. All she could offer was an apology because all the other rental locations closed at 5 so we couldn't go to another location to get a car. We never received an explanation or apology for their actions. I will never do business there again and highly recommend others use this extreme caution when setting up a rental there. Very frustrating and disappointing!

This place was great my insurance set my reservation up in Olathe but they went ahead and got me a vehicle hear cause I got dropped of and had no way to get to Olathe. Really great customer service recommend them to anyone.
