“I want to give a shoutout to Nurse Melissa and I do want to note my 5 star rating is ONLY based on my interaction with her this morning. I have been dealing with some health issues over the past couple of months; dealing with all sorts of medical professionals to try to figure it out and I have felt like no one is taking me that seriously. When I called in to talk to someone Melissa answered and went so above and beyond to take care of me. She advocated for me and was able to get me some immediate next steps! I was super frustrated when I called in just from the symptoms I’ve been experiencing for so long and Melissa made me feel so heard and like I wasn’t going crazy. A true gem of a nurse and Olathe Health is extremely lucky to have her!!!”
