I dont understand how. But 5 times in a row now I've had the time for a hair cut these past couple months. Yall are closed before people get off work. I dont understand this business model. Im typing this at 4:17pm

I register myself online and working nearby this salon and when waiting time was 18 minute I drove up and waited for 40min before I left. I left and when 3 people left over I drove back, still had to wait 20min Then I had to leave before it was my turn due to other commitments.
Observed the person on duty and seems chatting with customers and stopping clipping during that time more important then waiting customers. Been here for 1.5yr not sure if want come back as they closing at 5pm so people who working can only come in weekend or lunch time. And then no intent to work properly to reduce waiting list is not good service!!

Absolutely love ❤️ my haircut done by Jaime! She listened to me and looked at pictures of how I wanted my hair to look. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return to her again. I highly recommend Great Clips, because they always do a wonderful job!

Went today and a lady that lives in Baldwin (I wish I got her name) cut my hair (been a year, super long). I honestly had low expectations, I just wanted a trim, not a fancy hair cut. Once I got home and really looked at my haircut, I was blown away with how well it looked. For years I paid a lot more money to get haircuts that were just ok, so I’ll definitely keep going back here to see the same person.

Been going for years , and they have had some very good stylists and hair care professionals come and go. I wish I knew the name of the new lady who gave me a cut. She went above and beyond to make sure I was lined out and my fade looked good. Noticed a line at the last second and fixed it . 1 bad cut in 10 years + so I give them my rare 5 star 🌟 across the board. A 1 in 75 cut ratio is stellar imo. Highly underrated. Find a coupon on Facebook and give you're stylist a 10r they deserve it...

We have been Great Clips customers for over 36 years. Today we had our worst experience ever in Gardner KS. We have been customers of this location for over 10 years. We put our name on the list 90 minutes in advance. We walked in with about 10 minutes left on our time at 12:50 and were informed that the Gardner location was closing in 10 minutes even though the app said they were open until 6. My son is in a power wheelchair and it is not easy to get him to the salon . The girl who was the receptionist was very rude and not at all understanding to our challenges. It is our opinion that staff should have finished cutting hair for those that were still on the list. We then had to drive to the Lenexa location for haircuts. The Hen House Great Clips did a fabulous job!

Maddy did amazing job on my hair. I was there 10 minutes it wasn't busy at all I check in online is easier then walking in because you have wait longer. They did good time cleaning up the hair after there done. I will go back there again. Thank you so much! Have a wonderful day!

After my 5 year old daughter got a horrible haircut at another salon, we came here hoping to get it fixed. The woman who did her hair (unsure of her name) was so kind and she did an amazing job fixing her hair! I was so impressed and we will definitely be back for future cuts.

If I could give a zero I would , I got my hair cut here and the truth did it in a horrible way , go here if you want to ruin your hair and waste your money , I got it cut by a girl and she doesn't even keep an order in doing it cut this way , cut that way , she doesn't finish one area first to follow the other , she also forgot to cut half of my top hair , I was saved from that one because I was looking at her and told her ,hey you forgot to cut the other half , I threw my 20$ in the trash , absolutely horrible ,I do better cutting it myself ,if I had known this lady cut it like that I better not even go , I am visiting garner and wanted to save time and money by going to this place , many people do it better but this was the worst of them all
