Joni is always so rude. Literally hangs up on customers and shuts the window on them. Wish she had better customer service or simply some patience. I don't understand why I'm treated like an inconvenience.

Couldn’t answer whether they take my insurance, transferred me multiple times, and told me they may not fill my prescription since I’m from out of town after saying it wasn’t a problem previously. The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever tried to do business with. Will avoid them in the future and warn everyone to stay away

Auburns, you'll loose customers as long as you have employees lying to our faces. I for one won't be back after being told twice 45 minutes apart by the same kid that our prescription just arrived and it would be a while. I try to do business local as much as possible. But I'll be going out of town. One thing I don't tolerate is being lied to.

I used to work at countrymart and with auburn being right next door and attached to countrymart it made things so much easier to get my medicine. When I got covid they told me within 15 minutes that I had it so I could minimize the spread.

Very expensive and they don't accept Goodrx card, which helps with no insurance. Said they don't make anything off it. They should think more of their customers.
