Nice state park with big paved sites. In March only the pit toilets were open. They were clean and had toilet paper. Only 3 other campers were in the campground.

Very clean and well taken care of park. We’ve camped here multiple times throughout the last couple years and it’s been so pleasant. Mr. Gumm was very kind, helpful, and informative when we stopped him to ask some questions about our camping spot. The information center is also a spectacle for the lost ways of the past. Such a great place to keep the native history alive. They were here first.

Great place to camp with your rv. Just make sure you use a surge protector on the electrical pedestal at this park because the park manager doesn't check them for open grounds .

Really a hidden gem. Beautiful views of the lake and a nice spot for a picnic or for overnight camping.

Camp fee plus auto fee, miles to bathroom and showers. Pretty area but not a value for tent camping .

Beautiful park. Very quiet but the filthiest bathroom/shower facility I've maybe ever seen.

Plenty of room for our 44ft 5th wheel. We stayed in the Kansa campgrounds. Have full hook ups.

This is a great lake! We've been coming here for years! Somethings have changed. You buy your park permit at the kiosk by the main park building. You purchase your fishing permit online. Definitely worth checking out!Restrooms: By the marina. They're a little primitive, no flush but better that nothing

Beautiful park. Came in on a Sunday the park cleared out pretty quick. I would like the restroom to have an upgrade.

People are allowed to run generators all night and let there sewage just run on the ground.

It is a very nice state park, most spots were occupied by long term (or seasonal was it?) campers, folks here walked across the woods to help locate the spot for us. The lake was so beautiful and my kids would have enjoyed fishing here. We were here for stop and go on our way to Yellowstone, so we did not enjoy fishing. No need to see the nearby dam, it was miniscule and not worth the drive to it. Price was very affordable and thank you Kansas!!!

Favorite lake to go to in Kansas. Live close to Webster, but Glen Elder offers more space and areas to camp at!
