boat was done in a timely manner but didnt bother to actually test it on the water, 660 bucks on carb work and the carb still pours fuel out and runs very rough. offered to look at it if i hauled it the 90 miles back to the shop. said he would have to "wash his hands of it" if they couldnt get it going in an hour or so. just thought with a lake in there backyard maybe they coulda checked it before actually telling me it was fixed.(edit) no one said anything about leaving it up there, when i called you said bring it back up and you would look at it for an hour or so, if you couldnt get it you would have to "wash your hands of it". (Edit) all im saying is you could of told me no we dont work on carbed motors. Instead you took my money and gave me back a boat still not running right. Coulda at least ate some of the cost or handeled it a little better. Buying a new boat next year but still wont do business here.

I bought my first Lund from Terry in 2012 and a second one in 2015. I have had my boat serviced every year and the service staff have been easy to work with every year accommodating my schedule On those occasions when props, other parts or accessories were needed Jessica was prompt in getting them shipped. Outstanding service. I am a customer for life.

I live in Tulsa five hours away neither Lund Dealer near me wanted to help. When I called Waconda in Glen Elder Kansas they immediately were extremely helpful. Their video boat tours were amazing and were instrumental in confirming what boat model I wanted. When conversing with Terry the owner and told him what I was going to be wanting and doing he was helpful with getting the accessories I needed and not buying what I didn't need. When I picked up the boat, Jessica was amazing with my kids keeping them busy and entertained while handling the logistics of picking up the boat. Cannot thank her enough for helping me that day with my kids. This boat has been amazing and haven't needed any other accessory due to the knowledge of what I was wanting it for. The five hour drive was worth it for the service I received from these folks and highly recommend them.

I drove 8.5 hours each way for my new 2175 Pro-V, a better price or friendlier service you won't find.I was really impressed with these folks and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new boat.

Terry,Jessica and the entire crew have been extremely helpful and friendly to work with. My wife and I purchased a new 1875 impact and they made the process very easy. The rigging of the boat has been exactly like I wanted it. Great place to buy a boat from and at a great price.
