Easy to work with. No pushy up sells. Threw in an air filter with my oil change! Gave great suggestions on my tires without trying to push me to buy them immediately. Will be going back for my tires when the time comes.

If you can't manage the business you have then don't take new business appointments. It's common sense and resulted in a waste of my time when I need my car fixed.
Update: took it to Kansasland and they diagnosed the problem as the drain plug gasket going bad. It was a $5 fix.....
Not sure who is working or running Auto Pros but they will find themselves on the unemployment line, looks like I'm not the only person who has run into the poor judgement of this service center.

Had a blow out near AutoPro’s location. Pulled in, hopeful their business could resolve my issue.
Instead I was told my lug-nuts were stripped…unsure if they could even get the tire off… they didn’t have a tire to fit my vehicle…and 30-45 minutes later I was charged $79 for lug-nuts and for an associate to just put my spare tire on. I had to drive into Wichita to get a replacement tire. Spoke to another female friend of mine, she too had a similar experience with AutoPro’s. She and I both felt we were taken advantage in our time of distress. Be mindful and aware. Poor business conduct with this business.

Just found out that when I had my tires changed they cross threaded a wheel stud. Now I get to fix it. Had to destroy my wheel cover to get to the stud and still can't get the nut off. I've bought two TPMS sensors from them also. I will never go there again.

I took three vehicles yesterday and all were taken care of by the auto pros. Very good customer service friendly small town atmosphere which I like. I'm glad I found them and I will use them in the future

My AC went out in my truck and I just stopped in to see if I could make an appointment to get it looked at, to my surprise Will asked me to leave it and he would get it looked at and give me a call, within an hour he called me and had the repairs started. They are the same ones I will go to for any repairs
