Knuckles service was excellent. Quick and expedient on getting my TPMS fixed. Technician explained a simple fix to it instead of having to replace it completely! Relief for me as I am pretty much on a fixed budget!

I was in Middle of Wheat Harvest and my transmission wouldn’t shift past second gear. I called them the next day told them my problem and rather then having to wait a few week’s to be Scheduled in they took me in ASAP. I told them I would have to make payments since I didn’t have the full amount up front and they were willing to work with me. Ty worked on my Transmission and got it done and out as fast as he could. All the Employee’s and front counter staff were respectable. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any other problems. Thank you guys for working with me and taking me in asap I really appreciate it!!

Ty and his team are thorough in their inspection of the vehicle. When I go in to fix a certain issue, he looks at the entire car and informs of items that need attention. I get my moneys worth for the diagnotic fee he charges.
I can then make a decision on what I want to do from there. There's never pressure to make certain repairs. He's up front about the time it'll take to repair and I've always been happy with the results.
