Very impressed with the work done on my vehicle!! My front bumper got crunched and they made it look like new for a very reasonable price. Excellent communication on the status of repairs. Will use them again.

Jeremy and his staff was amazing and very knowledgeable on what and how to repair my Vw bug. Keep me in the loop from start to finish and sent pictures upon request.
I would highly recommend them and have already told a couple other people to take their vehicles to them.
I have another vehicle to take to them for repair.

Norris Collision is highly recommended. Jeremy provided excellent service with a professional demeanor. The repair was scheduled promptly, with work commencing the week following the estimate. Furthermore, the team demonstrated dedication by working late to ensure the vehicle was ready for the weekend. Upon pickup, the vehicle was meticulously cleaned, both inside and out.

My wife had a very minor fender bender with a Jeep that had accidently ran into the front left corner of her GMC Yukon. The collision was nothing major and nobody was hurt. However, the collision did cause a decent amount of repair work. Fortunately for us, the gentleman whom was driving the Jeep that struck my Yukon was good friends with Mr. Jeremy at Norris Collision. He recommended Norris Collision right away as an option for the repairs. As I had always heard good things from this particular body shop, there was zero hesitancy to go ahead and take him up on that suggestion. In fact, I drove the Yukon out to Norris on that very same day as the collision. Jeremy greeted me as I pulled into the parking lot and was ready with pen and paper in hand to get the ball rolling on an initial estimate. Of course, this all had to be confirmed and agreed to by the insurance company, but it was a welcome sign to see him prepared and happy to take on the repairs. The following day I had an email in my inbox from Jeremy with a .pdf doc indicating all the items needing fixed along with their initial cost estimate. The prompt service and willing attitude was a great thing to see. Needless to say, throughout the entire process of Norris Collision working with State Farm's insurance adjuster and handling all the back and forth left us quite pleased. Due to the accident happening a few days before the Christmas holiday it took about 3 weeks or so from start to finish. Upon receiving the news the repairs were completed we rushed out to pickup our Yukon and were delighted to see how wonderful it looked. Better than new! The entire vehicle had been meticulously detailed, inside and out. The paint correction was spot on and the front end of the vehicle looked better then it did prior to the wreck. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Norris Collision and Jeremy throughout this process and I would absolutely have zero hesitation if body repairs are needed in the future to once again use and/or recommend Norris Collision Center in Goddard, Kansas. Hands down the easiest 5 star* review I have ever had to complete. Thanks again, Jeremy.

Jeremy did a wonderful job repairing my Silverado and I appreciate all his extra help in getting me back on the road. Miles also did an outstanding job in detailing my truck and I appreciate him so much!! I’ll be returning to Norris Collision Center whenever I need repairs done again. Was a little hesitant at first as their quote was a fair amount less than other competitors I had quotes from. Decided to move forward with this body shop for 2 reasons. 1 the manager was very knowledgeable and honest, 2 family owned with the hometown touch. The service was very quick, workmanship was outstanding and the finished product was a perfect match. My conclusion was Norris wasn’t cheap but a great value, the others were well over priced and no way the quality could have been any better. Save your money, more in this case does not mean better…

I was in a wreck in my pick up truck July 12 in Chillicothe Ohio N. collision Center came and picked up my truck on the 14th. they said that they would keep it locked up and when I went to get the stuff out of it December 26, it had been Ramsack it was unlocked. They said they would secure it. That way nobody would bother the truck. Two pairs of Oakley sunglasses was taken from there two pairs of Harley Davidson all the money all the change all of the phone chargers pair of UGG boots, and inside the truck was a disaster , thanks for keeping my truck secure like you promised you would do very unprofessional, very dissatisfied and this is not the end of this
