“Friendly place and one of the best Walmart near Wichita. I can count on this place to have most of things I need and things that the Walmart in Wichita doesn’t have. I hate public restrooms especially Walmart but to my surprise, the bathrooms were even clean. Merchandise never appears “picked through” and hardly pack unlike the stores in Wichita”
“Shout out to Lori in curbside pickup. I had a small order for later in the afternoon but came in to grab a few things early. I asked if I could go ahead and pick it up now. Even though they were really busy fulfilling other orders she was nice enough to go ahead and find my order and items. Really appreciate that and ill make sure to be more accurate on when to come for my pickup time next time. New member and so far the employees here are great”
“A cashier just became angry with me because I tried to pull cash back on my purchase and told me I needed to go to customer service to purchase my groceries. She was an elderly lady and the time was around 4:50 PM, she handled the situation very unprofessionally.
Edit: raising from a 2 star to a 4 star after speaking with the manager she assured me she’s going to talk with this employee and educate her so she’s no longer getting frustrated when customers try to pull cash when purchasing groceries and trying to make up rules!”

“Pumps and staff are great but the customers are clueless about this gas station being a one way. Scratch that, not clueless, just rude. Think sams should put stop grates in at the exit to prevent this.”

“Walgreens is a very convenient and fast way for me to obtain stuff i need right away which is a lot of the time so i give u 4 stars because ur prices are kinda overpriced even more than other places already are. Like a pack of AAA batteries costs $30 here and that's just insane vut other than that only problem u guys just keep workin hard and get me the stuff i need to have a good life.”

“Dillon’s pharmacists are the kindest and most reliable I’ve dealt with this past year! For some reason pharmacies in all stores in the area have been buzzing and have had long lines and lots of hustle and bustle these past two years. Not sure why they have been SO busy, but it must be stressful. In spite of this, I haven’t found any curt or uncaring behavior from any of the pharmacists and pharmacy workers within the Dillon’s store at Central and Maize in Wichita! On the contrary, one of their team was most sympathetic to me on a day when (do to medicine shortages and doctor’s prescribing new, untried and true meds for my son), I had confessed I was losing hope of the matter ever resolving. She stopped and took the time to reassure me, saying not to lose hope, and all would be all right in time. She also listened and gave me some suggestions, as well! I went out of the store with tears in my eyes; all I’d needed was to have someone empathize and care, which she certainly did! My deepest praise and thanks to Dillon’s Pharmacy workers at Central/Maize store! Wish you didn’t have to work under such busy, stressful circumstances and I wish there was something I could think of to do for you in return for your constant kindness. You make going through the rough stuff a little easier!! ☺️”

“I can’t thank this pharmacy enough for the wonderful customer service I received!!! ?
My son has a medicine he HAS TO take daily. We originally filled his prescription at the central and maize pharmacy. We went there and they were going to over charge us. Long story short, central and maize failed to release the medicine to 21st and maize.
21st and maize went out of their way to release it with central and maize and of course cause they took all day to do it…21st and maize STAYED OPEN a few more minutes for us. THEY LITERALLY SAVED MY SON’S LIFE! Cause it’s a controlled substance it’s restricted when we can refill it and I work a 8-5 job so it’s extremely difficult to call around. They put me completely at ease at this pharmacy and treated my son and us like we were human unlike central and maize that just wants to check mark another medicine out the door. I have had central and maize close the door on us before even 8 and we were straight from the hospital!
I work in customer service and I know when people go above and beyond! This isn’t the first time I’ve filled with them cause central and maize ran out and every time they have been so easy to work with!
I really wished I remember the young gentleman’s name that helped us but anyways they should receive all the recognition! ✨⭐️?”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ERIC, one of the actual pharmacists who works at this Walgreen’s store location’s pharmacy, provided me with the SINGLE BEST Customer Care Experience and Customer Support I’ve ever had at ANY Walgreens store or pharmacy (and this has been my “usual, go-to” pharmacy and location for over a decade).
Eric (pharmacist) is recognized for outstanding excellence within his chosen profession of being a rather caring, competent, courteous, experienced, kind, knowledgeable, patient, skilled, and talented pharmacist in all of the right aspects that a Walgreens / pharmacy customer should want or expect: ERIC has demonstrated and proven himself highly skilled in the areas of customer/patient care, education, health, safety, support, wellbeing etc.
As a customer, I appreciate his overall honesty and objectivity as it relates to advising me when I asked him questions about inventory, logistics, [re]supply, timing, etc.
