“Just want to give a huge shout out to this company for going above and beyond to get my son-in-law and husband back on the road. They were traveling from Oklahoma to Nevada for work when his truck ended up on the side of the highway with him and his 2 dogs. Luckily my husband was traveling in tandem. They had the toughest time trying to get help but finally called J Rods and they told him to bring it in. It took 30 minutes to figure out it was the transfer case. They found a transfer case a couple hours away. My husband went and picked it up. Owner had the old one out of the truck by the time they got back with the new one and put it in right then and had them back on the road to Nevada in an hours time. You don’t have many businesses that will go out of their way for perfect strangers but this owner sure did. He was honest, fair and went above and beyond and we are all thankful for him. Thanks again!”

“The gentlemen at this place hold a special place in my heart. In the middle of a long road trip from KS to CA my back passenger tire stopped holding pressure. Mike, Scott, John, and Skylar all spent hours trying to repair the issue, repeatedly removing my wheel and trying different patches, then new tires, and once we had established the problem was with a damaged wheel rim, they went to their own property to try to find a part that would work. We ultimately were unsuccessful getting the repair done (couldn't find the part), but I'm giving 5 stars because I saw them moving mountains in the attempt firsthand, since they let me watch their work in the shop.”
