“Great Service, quality work, but got overcharged due to not getting a call about a minor issue. I Was told by lady I talked to on the phone, that if any issues came up they would call me. My girlfriend dropped off vehicle around 9am and the lady she talked to in person told her as well if anything came up they would call me. I never got a call until I called at 4:30. Then was told after job was almost done that they had to charge an extra $75. For a little rust and broken trim clips. Really didn't feel I should of had to pay for something I did not authorize. They should of called me before replacing parts that I have at home and could of done myself. $260. Job turned into $355. Even though it wasn't the installers fault that receptionists didn't do their job

“Have been here quite often. Always helpful staff trying to help us figure out what's going on with our vehicle and how to fix it. Very rarely have they had to order things, usually everything is in stock. Building is generally clean and well maintained. Convenient location on main road with back road entrance as well.”

“While traveling across the country and pulling a horse trailer with our mule, our 2025 RAM started to lose power. We were able to limp 3 miles into town and make it to Marmie. The service staff came right out to assist. They were incredibly helpful especially Amber Kruse. They had to express order the part out from Denver. In the meantime Amber found us a stable to board our mule, a hotel that would take 3 chihuahua a loaner car, and a good restaurant in town. The team was able to have us back on the road the next day by noon. The service department went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, kind, prompt, understanding and Amber kept us informed during the whole process. They turned what could of been a disaster into an inconvenience. Thank you again Marmie service department!!!”
“Went there for a replacement a/c controller and they actually had multiple to make sure that I didn't leave with one that wasn't working. With the same kinda atmosphere that most auto salvage places have, it makes it very clear that they go through many parts and are fairly busy so you know their services are recognized and continue to have business even when they are a little outside of town.”
“Worst experience ever!!! I came in for an oil change. I waited for 4 hours before being serviced. They overfilled my engine. They put blue Gatorade instead of wiper fluid now everything is sticky. They wouldn't even put summer air in my tires like I requested!! I tried to argue with them but I just ended up being spanked by the whole crew. They left me laying there and spit on me. 10/10 would cum again”
