“Exceptional customer service. Needed assistance right outside of town with a RV owned by the Veteran's Affairs hospital from Wichita. I called and they had a mechanic there within 10 min and assisted in taking off some bolts so that I could head back to Wichita. If you want timely service and actually have a business that cares and willing to help anybody then definantly call them. I'm so appreciated that they were able to help when nobody else I called in Dodge would come assist me. Greatly appreciated.”

“Excellent setup for service. Easy access. Modern layout. Nice lounge for waiting. Slightly more expensive oil change but the modern facility makes it worth the cost. Only 50 minutes wait was great. Lounge has nice furniture, refreshments, and roomy.”
“While traveling across the country and pulling a horse trailer with our mule, our 2025 RAM started to lose power. We were able to limp 3 miles into town and make it to Marmie. The service staff came right out to assist. They were incredibly helpful especially Amber Kruse. They had to express order the part out from Denver. In the meantime Amber found us a stable to board our mule, a hotel that would take 3 chihuahua a loaner car, and a good restaurant in town. The team was able to have us back on the road the next day by noon. The service department went above and beyond to help us. They were professional, kind, prompt, understanding and Amber kept us informed during the whole process. They turned what could of been a disaster into an inconvenience. Thank you again Marmie service department!!!”
“I had a chatter in my Ford limited slip differential, which had been supposedly serviced 13k miles earlier and they used synthetic and friction modifier. After it started to chatter I was told by someone else i needed clutches replaced. He said before we do that let me service it. He used motorcraft synthetic gear lube and friction modifier. He said what came out was nasty, so I wonder if it was changed before. Anyway the chatter is completely gone. Honest people that treat you fairly!”

“Went there for a replacement a/c controller and they actually had multiple to make sure that I didn't leave with one that wasn't working. With the same kinda atmosphere that most auto salvage places have, it makes it very clear that they go through many parts and are fairly busy so you know their services are recognized and continue to have business even when they are a little outside of town.”
“Worst experience ever!!! I came in for an oil change. I waited for 4 hours before being serviced. They overfilled my engine. They put blue Gatorade instead of wiper fluid now everything is sticky. They wouldn't even put summer air in my tires like I requested!! I tried to argue with them but I just ended up being spanked by the whole crew. They left me laying there and spit on me. 10/10 would cum again”
