“Had the fortunate (or unfortunate ... depending on the circumstances!) opportunity to interact with G-B Tires in Great Bend, KS, and was very pleased with first and foremost their honesty, and their amazing service, and efficiency. Was simply passing through Great Bend, KS, and had the unfortunate circumstance of a slow (yet steady leak) in a tire. Was told by another establishment that the tire was unrepairable. Thankfully, G-B Tires was recommended to us. We walked in fully expecting to have to buy a new tire. The gentleman looked at it and said, no guarantees, but let me look at it as I think I can repair this. G-B Tires fixed the tire, we were back on the road in a jif and on our way, and it is currently holding steady. Grateful to have the honest and quick service opportunity that G-B Tires provided. “Had tire needing repaired. Leak was due to nail in sidewall, not repairable. With road hazard replaced with new tire for free due to low mileage on tire. Staff being short handed it took a while longer than expected . Staff member who worked on tire friendly and explained what was going on. He also apologized for the delay. So 2thumbs up .”
