“I have utilized Marmie's several times over the years, and never have I had a complaint about their work. Late this summer, I had a small amount of body work that would need to be completed and they estimated it would take a little over a week to do. I arranged to have the work done while I was on vacation, since I wouldn't need my vehicle then. After I returned, they were apologetic and let me know that due to scheduling they had not yet completed the work and they offered me a loaner at no charge until they completed the work. While working on my vehicle, an incident occurred quite by accident that damaged my vehicle significantly. The team called me immediately to explain what had happened, and they owned the incident 100%. It took over a month to restore my vehicle to perfect condition, and the entire time they continued to provide me with the loaner at no charge, but also communicated with me regularly to let me know where they were at in the process of the repairs. Once it was complete, they not only paid to replace personal items that had been damaged, but also found damage to a car seat that had not been damaged by the incident but told me to get a replacement for it and they paid for that as well. The work was thorough and came with the promise that should I find any other issues, to contact them and they would make it right. A few weeks later, I did find two other issues, and drove over to find out when they could get me in to address them and their shop manager came out and corrected them right then and there. From their honesty and transparency, to their pride in their work - I cannot say enough about how great this team is and I will continue to be their customer.”

With the same kinda atmosphere that most auto salvage places have, it makes it very clear that they go through many parts and are fairly busy so you know their services are recognized and continue to have business even when they are a little outside of town.”

“Stopped by O’Reilly’s to get a code pulled on my truck. The guy came out and got the job done quickly, so that part was a win. He did give off a strong ‘you’re delaying my smoke break’ vibe—lit one up the second we were done—so I’m not sure if I personally annoyed him, or if I just showed up at the wrong moment. Either way, the service itself was fine and I left with the info I needed, just without the warm and fuzzy customer-service glow that I'm used to from them.”

“Worst experience ever!!! I came in for an oil change. I waited for 4 hours before being serviced. They overfilled my engine. They put blue Gatorade instead of wiper fluid now everything is sticky. They wouldn't even put summer air in my tires like I requested!! I tried to argue with them but I just ended up being spanked by the whole crew. They left me laying there and spit on me. 10/10 would cum again”
