The lady on the phone was super nice.Employee only building. You are not able to go inside. They have a drop off box out front.

Stopped in to Great Bend terminal to find out about return shipping a package. Found out I was at wrong location. The 2 ladies working were friendly and Courteous. In fact we ended up in conversation... highly recommend
