I did not feel like the service was good. The shoes I wanted did not have my size. I asked if they could order them. The employee kept wanting me to get different ones but I didn't want any others. I finally said would you order these shoes. Finally they did. Did not appreciate the service. I knew what I wanted and I felt like they did not want to order them for me. I will probably not ho back.

This store is great “depending on who you get” Tony he is the assistant manager this man is amazing he keeps his word and works hard for the customers, he needs a raise!!! As for the high schoolers that work there or young adults that don’t care about anything but a check please help them to remember you don’t have to work they can find a job somewhere where it’s not going to matter…. Tony the assistant manager goes the distance!!! I have enjoyed shopping at shoe sensation because they help and remember their customers. There are times I won’t go there for a year or more because of the way I have been treated… I don’t write many good reviews mostly negative, but because of Tony I am writing this review to make sure people know if you are not ridiculous and and a customer that can’t be pleased… definitely shop here otherwise if you can’t be pleased or polite shop at Walmart because that is what you deserve… THANK YOU shoe sensation and definitely thank you Tony!!

James the assistant manager at store 610 was absolutely great to have help me with finding the right shoes I needed. The first pair I was immediately sold on and ended up with a second pair of work boots. I absolutely appreciate the help!!!
