Bought a Pellet Oven. Broke down many times so another store exchanged it for a downgraded version which I wasn't happy with. Stove came with a huge dent. Doesn't heat much at all. Manufacturer Pelpro won't send anyone out or send us parts to fix anything. We talked to Kevin Great Bend T.S. On Friday December 12th who told us to bring oven back to store for a refund. 12-15 Alexa tells us it's past the 30 days & refuses to do anything about the defective oven. we've spent the last month trying to get someone to do something about oven and it's from November 11th, so not that long ago.
We have been trying to get corporate on phone for a week now, which corporate office told us to contact them after writing review for another location, then they don't get on phone ever. we have been spending hours on end daily on hold to no avail. We wrote the BBB, which Tractor Supply didn't lift a finger to resolve our complaint with them.
So today after Alexa refused to refund oven or exchange it after Kevin stated to bring it back on Monday which is today Monday December 15th. , I wrote the Attorney General. I am about to start a lawsuit. This is our only heat source, we paid a lot of money for this oven. We're going through 3-4 bags of pellets per day & it's under 50 degrees in our house with this thing running non stop. This oven weights 350 pounds & it's not easy dragging it all around or installing and un-installing it. Which we're having to pay people to do.
At this point we want a working oven delivered to our house, then Tractor can take this defective one when they drop off the new one or a refund of my money we paid for oven or I am going to file a claim in small claims court for the max amount.

Will never step into a tractor supply again. Accused me and had me arrested for a crime i never committed and almost ruined my life, train your employees to be competent enough to actually look at an id.

I purchased the last bag of a particular brand of cat litter. Knowing I would need more very soon, since I have 3 cats, I asked the clerk when they would be receiving any more. She didn't know. I checked back this week and purchased their last 2 bags. I sure hope they stock more regularly, as I know others who use this brand too. I don't like having to buy and lug these every week, but hopefully they will keep more stocked. I felt guilty buying them out twice.
