Tried 2 days in a row to get a missing fuel receipt. 1st day Manager wasn't there because she left early. I was told to come back tomorrow. 2nd day she was there but refused to help because she was behind on paperwork. The cashier wanted me to leave my information and said they would try to get it in the next few days. Also had no receipt paper at the pumps those 2 days so I had to go back inside both times to get the receipt for the current day.

A month or so ago we ordered a whole pizza from here. The top was fine; the bottom was raw pizza dough. We called back to complain, and they told us that they were having similar complaints, would forward the information to the manager, and would credit us a pizza.
Fast forward, the manager has no record of our bad pizza or any problem with the pizza oven. The oven WASN’T FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. If multiple people complained, you would think it would be documented. If the oven wasn’t functioning properly wouldn’t there be record of it being repaired?
We are only out $10, the price of the bad pizza, whatever. I’m just really struggling with the notion that multiple people complained, the oven got repaired, and the manager had absolutely no idea. Unless one or more employees are just lying.

Worked in Halstead for 10 months this was my daily lunch spot. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. Fresh food and amazing service.

This is a wonderful store. The staff here are friendly and respectful. The store manager is such a sweetheart and one of the nicest lady I've ive met.. The pizza is good, the gas is good, I highly recommend Jumpstart for all your gas station needs

Jump start is an okay place but I'd get my gas at coop, but come to think of it they do sell some fiercely good Gatorade.

They have amazing pizza and well priced fountain drinks and slushes. The staff always have smiles on thier faces and are always helpful when you walk in. Kerri the store manager and Suzie are always amazing and friendly and two of the nicest women I've ever met

This is my current daily gas station because I'm in town working and they are always busy!! Even though they are busy it always seems like the line moves fast so that's a plus! They don't carry gallons of water yet, so if they do when you get there that's my fault
