Summer sausage, jerky an breakfast sausage. Hands down best summer sausage! All flavors! I make the trip from Wichita to Halstead to get the summer sausage, but call ahead, to make sure they have any, it is a favorite item! They also have sauces an rubs, an give out samples for tasting. Excellent place to xo business an get good quality meats! They also offer veteran/ first responder discounts.”
