“These units are owed and operated by a wonderful man. He was always fair and communicated with us. The unit we rented from him we had for several years without incident. It was also priced fairly. I'd rent another unit in the future if I need storage again.”

“Great experience, super-clean and secure. Went many times after dark and always felt perfectly safe. Well lit and completely weather proof. No gravel or dirt floors. Price was about 40% below lesser facilities in bigger cities. Owner was very accommodating, professional and fun to work with.”

“Jay Unruh and his helper provided invaluable assistance to my wife and I unloading a U-Haul into our garage-sized storage unit. We traveled from Arkansas for two days in order to store outdoor equipment for our "new" house in Newton, Kansas. Thanks Jay!”

“Best storage unit. Highly recommend!!! The people who own it are amazing. My stuff was safe, and sound in the storage for a year. They always answered or returned phone calls. Never had an issue.”
