The staff here is always fantastic, no hardware place around more friendly it terms of the people. They make returns easy too, and are helpful finding what you need. The selection is not quite as large as Home Depot or the bigger stores, but they make up for it with friendliness and helpfulness, very much feels like a great small-town hardware store!

They do not exchange soda stream canisters. What is the point of having the canister replacements if you have to pay retail and cannot exchange.
The staff literally got the replacement canisters for me, saw my exchanges in my hand, didn’t say a thing. I was told at check out, while they looked at my empty canisters and rang it up.
It was alarming how inapt these people were to my situation!

I love this store. In the spring, they have a great selection of plants and pots. Lots of Christmas gift ideas, and I bought my tree there this year. It's just a great place to shop.

Worst customer service experience ever. They wouldn't sell me parts to repair my equipment but would sell me a brand new one for 650.00. This place is a joke

A is really the helpful place. Duper friendly and ready do do whatever they can to help customers get what they need. It was just some parts for my push mower, but I appreciated the help as much as if I were spending a grand. I feel like they dedicated service to me as if I were spending a thousand bucks! Great job, Westlake Ace!
