We were traveling across Kansas, and started having issues with our car. Of course it was 5:30pm on a Saturday, but these guys were open and quickly got our car back on the road. They were courteous and reasonable on their prices.

How do you give more than 5 stars?! Actual life savors! They were the only place open on a Saturday night, would of had to wait till Monday without them. They were still working on other cars and were still able to get me in. Knowledgeable, quick. Amazing!!!

Started out well however turned sour very quickly. Had/have issue with the vechile 1st time getting ahold of them was no problem, same problem happened again 2nd time around, we recieve no call back days of calling finaly got a call back. Low and behold 3rd time with the same issue have recieved absolutely no contact going to days of trying to contact. The vechile has been broken down more than I'm able to drive it.

Had to get the inner and outer tire rod replaced. They got the parts in very fast and did an awesome job. They have really great prices would definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

I took my brand new Wheels in that I have had a year and a half to have a tire replaced his machine damaged my wheels when I went back to complain he told me he'd make it right after I had to argue with him several minutes about the fact that his machine gouged my brand new American Racing Wheels we exchange numbers but he has failed to contact me and replace my wheel!

We broke down on a cross-country trip from Colorado to Virginia. Of course it was late on a Friday afternoon. After many twists and turns, we somehow ended up in the hands of Jesus Madrigal at Auto and Tire Master. Unbelievably, he worked on our car until about 10 PM and got us running again! His price was even more amazing. I think I would have paid three times as much for the service he provided on such short notice. Even more unbelievably, as we were driving out, he began to help yet another party of stranded motorists. It is nice to know there are people like Jesus Madrigal in the world.

Needed tires after a ball joint sheared off, Jesus knew without looking that he had the exact size I was needing. Got a great deal on a set of nearly new, name brand tires, back on the road in no time.

We hate to post this because it is truly unfortunate when such a blatant lack of integrity takes place in our world. Vic over charged my driver $3,000 for a replacement axle. Including, the fact he kept our company trailer for over a month on what was easily a two day fix. He then gave my driver back our trailer with a leak on the other axle four rusted and worn tires at $250 a piece. That were not 14ply as assured. As a company we were truly appalled. I will leave it up to you to decide, If this a company worth trusting with even the smallest of fix. One picture shows the $5,000 our company paid for the axle repair by Vic. In comparison to the $1900 our company paid too another honest mechanic of integrity. Important to note these repairs are less than 7 days apart. May God deal with you all for the shameful, dishonest and corrupt practices you have implemented.

The owner Jesus was a true blessing to me and my daughter. We were traveling back home to Georgia from Colorado when I started having tire and break problems.
It was late and he was very busy but made sure to carefully diagnose the problem and saved us from potential danger. He had us back on the road safely. We are so grateful ❣️
